2 tsp Bourbon Whiskey
2 Tb Maple Syrup
2 Tb Brown Sugar
1/2 lb Bacon
Preheat oven to 350°
Cut bacon strips in half.
Mix brown sugar, syrup and whiskey in a bowl.
Transfer bacon to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with bacon. (You can also let sit for an hour or so and “marinate”.)
Line a baking sheet with foil and/or heat-safe parchment paper and place a rack on top.
Lay bacon evenly on the rack.
Bake until crispy (Approx. 25 mins). Keep an eye on it throughout to make sure it doesn’t burn.
Cool for 5 minutes.
